Statewide Dimension of The Practice

    To assist our clients throughout New York State, members of our firm are admitted to practice in all federal district courts in New York, as well as the state courts.  In addition, we have an extensive network of associates throughout New York State, thus facilitating clients who have needs outside our immediate geographic area.

Technical Sophistication

    One of the strengths of Schiller & Knapp, LLP is its technical sophistication.  Each person in our office has an up-to-date computer workstation.  We have high speed internet access on multiple lines 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Many of our institutional clients find it convenient to communicate with us electronically, including the transmittal of loan documents.  We have document scanning capabilities, as well as the capacity and experience to file pleadings in the Districts that accept electronic filings only.  Further, we are able to accommodate those clients requiring the use of the Lenstar system.
